The Heritage School is built on the foundation of empowering children to become rational decision-
makers and mindful agents of change, our innovative pedagogy facilitates children to become critical

differential learning styles, needs and abilities of the learners are consciously addressed.
Usha Pandit began consultancy and workshops with Heritage Rohini in the year 2015. English consultancy was from K -12 for English teachers. We observed, reported and adviced teachers on better teaching and delivery of skills in their classrooms on a continuous basis. This was a hands-on mode where actual teacher monitoring with immediate feedback, demonstrations by the consultant on better practices, mini-workshops and hand-holding for improvement was done regularly.

Neerja Modi School, Jaipur (2015-2020)
Established in 2001, Neerja Modi School is a co-educational, non-sectarian day school in Jaipur, India,
serving grades kindergarten to 12th. Founded in April 2001, NMS has a strength of 3500 students and
300 faculty. Located in the metropolis of Jaipur, the school has a student body that hails from all parts of
India. The school is affiliated with the Central Broad of Secondary Education (CBSE), India and the
University of Cambridge for IGCSE Examinations.
The school provides a vibrant international exposure vide the Cambridge curriculum. In order to cater to
the foreign and NRI students as well as those who seek global perspective and international standards,
the school offers Check Point Examinations for Middle school students; the Secondary level students pursue International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) which is equivalent to British ‘O’ Level. This is followed at the plus 2 stage with ‘AS’ and ‘A’ Levels. The School is also a candidate for
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma.

The Hirji Bhojraj and Sons C.V.O. Jain Chhatralaya is a 100 year old charitable trust set up as a hostel to
house disadvantaged boys from the Kutchi community and provide them with boarding and education.
In later years the Trust also set up on their lands the Shishuvan School which has grown to be one of the
best ICSE schools in the city.
Consultancy included English curriculum design, teacher training, classroom observations and reporting. In addition Mindsprings worked with about 130 students in the school teaching them spoken English.

Mindsprings was responsible for the health and upliftment of English standards in all schools of
Universal High from 2012- 2016. We also handheld and micromanaged the fledgling branch at Tardeo
giving them academic support, advice and guiding their concept mapping, lesson planning and
examination paper quality.

Usha Pandit consulted for EuroSchool from 2011 – 2013, whetting their content curriculum across all subjects to control quality in the work for scaling, management of time and methods to be used to create thinking, core concept focus and ways to deliver content. This involved meetings with the core group to make policies, visit schools and observe classes.

- Mindsprings has been doing work with 130 boys in teaching them spoken English. In 2015, a decision was made for the children to move from their local municipal school to the Shishuvan School. Mindsprings continues to take differential classes for the boys where English is not completely handled by our team.
