Returns or refunds will not be offered on books that have been delivered.
MINDSPRINGS PUBLISHING’s sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at MINDSPRINGS PUBLISHING’s discretion, either to replace the product or issue store credit only in the case of a manufacturing defect (determined solely by MINDSPRINGS PUBLISHING). In no event shall MINDSPRINGS PUBLISHING's liability exceed the buyer’s purchase price.
To report manufacturing defects, email us at enquiry@mindsprings.in within 48 hours of delivery.
For order cancellations, email us at enquiry@mindsprings.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
MINDSPRINGS PUBLISHING reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and payment received. In such cases, the payment will be refunded, and the User will be informed. No restocking fees will be charged.
Courses
Mindsprings online course orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation, or transfer to other participants.
All Mindsprings online courses have a specified time limit (as indicated in the course details) to earn a certificate. Failure to complete the course within the set time limit will result in no certificate being issued, and no refund of fees will be provided.
